Great looking — great fit

I had a necklace clasp that did not work well, but I found a way around it by adding an extra ring to the chain and then slipping the whole thing over my head. I wrote a 4 star review, LOVING the coin, but just a little disappointed with the necklace. I didn't ask for a replacement, nor did I contact customer service, but I guess they read my review and send a replacement immediately!!! How very thoughtful!! The coins are beautiful, and I will definitely be back to order more. Thank you for the excellent customer care!!
