Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) once it arrives in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility as the customer. King Solomon Coin is not responsible for any such charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your order within 16 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kingsolomoncoin.com with your name and order number and we will investigate immediately.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that some carriers may have limitations for P.O. Box delivery. If you experience any issue, please contact us and we will find the best solution for your shipment.
