Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@kingsolomoncoin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving a return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@kingsolomoncoin.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions - Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads and PDF guides
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
